Hello EMGS officer,
It has been 15 working days since my VAL application submitted. Today, i got informed immigration asked for additional documents. I sent it to my university and My university said they have submitted it all to emgs. Though, it still show ‘pending additional documents’ in emgs tracking app.
Could you please confirm if you have received the documents needed ? exit stamps and passport of all pages. i also included immigration compound payment documents & special pass given by them when i make my exit long time ago.
