Dear EMGS officer ,

I am facing issue in booking a new accommodation/ room as I will extend my stay because my visa renewal still not finished ,and most of them ask me for my passport as a proof identificatin .In addition I am unable to call my family my kids as I want to get new phone SIM but again they ask me for the passport .. please your…[Read more]

  Hi.
  Please be advised that your passport is pending at the Immigration Department for Student Pass sticker endorsement. The process approximately will take 14 working days from the day we receive the passport. Rest assured, we will notify you once the student pass is issued by the Immigration Department.
