Hello EMGS officers,
Hope this finds you well.
This is regarding the travel authorization.
Just wanted to clarfiy that if the approval doesn’t arrive in time can we extend our flight date. As im concerned that due to eid holidays and weekends in between the approval might not arrive in time as my flight is booked for 8th August 2020.

All returning and new international students are required to self-quarantine at the centers organized by the institutions. Kindly refer to your institution directly for further details.

Were you able to contact the university or the ISP office to get approval from the university before applying for the travel authorization to return to Malaysia?

Please allow ample time (Suggested 21 days) for the processing of your travel authorisation as there are multiple layers of processing involved to determine if you are eligible to travel to Malaysia.
Kindly note that you can submit a new travel ticket to EMGS at enquiry(at)emgs.com.my and we will help you out.
