Dear officer ,
My student visa renewal progress has been reached to 90% for about 2 weeks,current status is “supporting letter provided to institution”, I wanna know that whether it means my institution has not submitted my endorsement to immigration office?

Hi. Your institution opted to obtain the Student Pass directly at the state Immigration Department. As such, your passport was not submitted to EMGS. We advise that you liaise with your institution directly for further assistance on the status of your passport. Thank you. Have a good day.
