Regarding the above notice, I’m applying for my Master and I’m Syrian living in Malaysia now under PPSMS permit. My application already getting 32% yesterday and my question do they gonna proceed to issue the EVal or need to exit Malaysia first! As you know now it’s too hard to go out anywhere even though the Syrian airport still closed

Once we have received the confirmation, your application will be submitted to the Immigration Department for the VAL issuance.
