Dear EMGS officers,

Passport: PA8723799
My visa photo was rejected for not having a white background but when I checked with your online photo checker that was not an issue. I’m wondering if there is some other issues with the photo that i need to address before I resubmit.

  Hi Clara,
  
  Upon manual verification, we noted that the background of the photo is not pure white. As such, we request that you submit a new photo with a pure white background.
