      Hi,

      Kindly check that your 4 digit pin number was typed correctly. Kindly clear the app cache, uninstall and reinstall the app. Make sure that you are using the latest version 4.3.3 on iOS and 4.2.0 on Android.     Dear sir/ms, my international ID can not be revealed when enter 4 digit pin, and when i enter the pin, the “next” is still grey. how can i check if i activated id successfully

    Dear Sir/ Ms, Single dose vaccination CanSino was not list in the checklist, please kindly check it or how to solve it. i got two does Cansino

      CanSino is available on the list of vaccinations. You can reinstall/update the mobile app and then check again. If the issue persists, kindly drop an email to enquiry(at)emgs.com.my.
