Good afternoon
I’ve submitted my renewal visa application 40 days ago. Last week it was 80%. I’ve no idea how long it’ll take to approve my visa. I wanted to spend Ramadan with my family in my country. I couldn’t do so. Now it becomes uncertain even to celebrate Eid with my family. I’m all alone here with my child.

My passport no is EM0352618. I’m a PhD student in UM
I’m from Bangladesh. Is there anything I can do to get my renewal visa as soon as possible? I don’t understand why it’s taking so long time. Plz let me know. I need to go to my home country before Eid. My entire family is there. Plz inform me.

As per checking, we received your passport on the 20th of March 2024 for the Student Pass endorsement process. The endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days from the date we receive the passport. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
