It’s been almost a month since my school UITM sent the relevant files to Emgs, but my application status still hasn’t been reopened. I would like to know what is the reason for not reopening the current progress, and if possible can it be expedited, and is there an additional expediting fee?       Hi Yan Changchang,

      We have received the complete documents from your Institution to resume the application. However, we are still waiting for the approval to resume the application process. Rest assured, we will notify the Institution once we reopened the application.

    Hello,EMGS officer , I am a applicant from UITM. My school have sent an email to reopen my visa. The case number is 2256071. I have bought a ticket to Malaysia on 26 June. Could you help me to reopen it as soon as possible. Thank you for your kindly help.

      We received the documents to reopen the application. However, we are currently in the midst of processing the documents. Kindly be informed that there is no stipulated time frame to resume the application process and the approval is solely at the discretion of the EMGS officers.
