Yesterday, i have read out a notification on the instagram page of UTP about the returing dates of students to the campus which is listed below.
In this notification, they have mentioned that international students Visa process will start from 1st of september.
i would like to know that, is it sure that EMGS will start the visa processing for international students from 1st of september?

  We are processing visa applications. However, the Immigration Department has not yet confirmed the VAL issuance process for new international students. Kindly note that the date listed there is not from EMGS. We advise that you follow-up with the institution directly for more details.
