Hello Officer,
Currently I am on renewal for my visa, I already renewal my insurance also, but I cant access my insurance card, it shows “Already verified in another device”. meanwhile I haven’t access EMGS in another device. Do you have any solution for this case?

  Kindly be informed you are required to send us email at enquiry(at)emgs.com.my to request us reset the digital ID. Kindly provide your nationality and passport number in order for us process accordingly.

can you help me to tell how do i change course name? because i applied with wrong course name
