The emgs hub app is unable to recognize faces and keeps getting stuck on the “Position your face in the frame” step, preventing further progress. How can I do?

My name is Li Yi, and my passport ID is EF8137651. I have completed the physical examination on the 19th morning, but today（22th）is the fourth day and there is no change in the EMGS progress. When will the results be available?
