Dear EMGS officer.

My passport number is EC3694536.
I am a PhD student at USM. I have already paid the postage for mailing the Ikad at the IMCC of my school, but why have I not received it till now. Is EMGS responsible for mailing the Ikad or is USM responsible for mailing it? I received an email on January 5th of this year prompting me that “Your application is on hold because you have not yet made payment for the recharge application (#########).” , I would say the postage for mailing the Ikad I have already paid. So you mentioned that my ikad was ready to be picked up in June last year, how exactly was it picked up, did I pick it up personally, or did USM pick it up for me, or did EMGS take care of the mailing? If it was ready to be picked up last June, why hasn’t it gotten to me even after I paid the postage.
