      Hi Wang Yake,

      Your institution opted to obtain the Student Pass directly at the state Immigration Department. As such, your passport was not submitted to EMGS. We advise that you liaise with your institution directly for further assistance on the status of your passport.

      Hi,

      Please be informed that the iKad has been courier to the institution since 8th of April 2024. Therefore, kindly liaise with the institution for further clarification.

    BTW, I submitted my renewal details on the same day as my friend. His passport number, EJ1464640. He hasn’t gotten his Ikad till now, so why is his renewal already at 90%. Mine has not had any renewal so far yet. Please give me a reasonable explanation.

      Hi,

      Kindly be informed that we have notified to the institution your iKAD is ready for collection since 21st June 2023. Therefore, the institution is required to collect the iKAD in order for us to complete your application. As such, kindly refer to the institution for further assistance regarding this matter.

Kindly note that, once iKAD is collected, the application status will complete and the institution may proceed to apply for renewal application accordingly.
