Hi,
Kindly be informed that we received your passport on 22 February 2024 for the Student Pass endorsement process. The endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. We will notify your institution once the passport is ready for collection.

I think it has been 14 working days since my passport was submitted on February 22. but the progress is still at 80%. Is there something wrong?
