Dear EMGS,
My wife using dependant pass. She plan to ga back to our home country at 9 April. But airlines canceled her flight. Her pass will expired at 11 April. Can she flight at 16 without being fined for overstaying?

Hi Azzam,
Since the pass is still valid it is advisable that she exits before it expires. There is no guarantee that she will be allowed to exit with an expired pass, as the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
