I have sent the email. Another friend of me who’s submit a week later than me has reached 100%. Pls reply my email and please help mine.

Hello and good afternoon. I submitted my passport on 15 december (at 90%), my friend who has submitted it a week later than me already reach 100%. How come? Is there any que or it just processed randomly?
