Before entering the country, kindly ensure to prepared the original passport, your Visa Approval Letter (VAL) and a Single-Entry Visa (SEV) if you are from SEV required country.

“Approval Letter From Immigration Director General” refers to the Travel Authorization letter. However, the travel authorization letter is no longer required to enter Malaysia.

I had to send them a new photo and I replied to the same email and sent a copy to my institution. Next day they updated my progress.

When u receive eval, go to Malaysian embassy for reference number and stamp, take KL flight and then KL to Khota bharu flight, you will get everything in usm health campus, no need to go ro Penang
