Dear Officer, my name is Wang Anqi and my passport number is E74146168. It’s the first time doing my student visa and My EMGS status shows 100% since 3 days ago. Until now still have no response for my passport. Does it means i can go to uni and get my passport? I need my passport ASAP, plz help me have a check, appreciate!

  Kindly be informed that your institution opted to obtain the Student Pass directly at the state Immigration Department. As such, your passport was not submitted to EMGS. We advise that you liaise with your institution directly for further assistance on the status of your passport.

Dear EMGS Office,
My name is Wang Anqi (passport no: E74146168). My passport was currently with the Immigration Department for student visa since 20th December 2023. But until now it still stuck at 80% and the status circle turns yellow. I need to back my country at February, may i check my visa status and see what happened? Appreciate!
