Dear EMGS, I am Aminu Abdulkadir Mahmoud with passport number: A12887698. My renewal reached 100% on 10/12/2025, but my passport is yet to be ready for collection in my University. I have a medical attention to attend to, which may not be possible without the passport. Please, I am soliciting for your expedite action to hasten the process.

Kindly note that your institution will liaise directly with the State Immigration to obtain your student pass. Your passport will not be submitted to EMGS. As such, we recommend that you refer to your institution for further assistance on the status of your passport.

My name is Aminu Abdulkadir Mahmoud (A12887698), my application is stalled at 20% without progress on the request of extension letter from institution, which is been provided. But still not progressing, thank you in anticipation of your expedite action.

We received the additional document from the institution on 20 November. The documents will be reviewed, and upon approval, the application will be processed further.

My name is Aminu Abdulkadir Mahmoud with passport number A12887698. I have paid for my visa renewal five days ago and the documents were uploaded, but you are yet effect the changes. The application is still at 0℅, please kindly update.

Kindly be informed that we are yet to receive the proof of payment submitted by the institution. As such, kindly refer to the institution and request them to submit at EMGS in order for us to resume the process.

Hi EMGS Officer, I am Mahmoud Aminu Abdulkadir (A12887698), I recently renewed my passport together with visa renewal for two months, but till the moment my iKad and insurance card are not available, kindly assist, please.
