I am writing to kindly request your assistance in expediting my wife’s dependent pass application.

I am currently a student at Universiti Kuala Lumpur (UniKL), pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Management.

My wife’s dependent pass application was submitted on 21 May 2026. However, the application could not proceed while my passport renewal and student pass process were pending.

I submitted my passport for renewal on 5 May 2026, and the process took approximately 73 days, until 17 July 2026, to be completed.

My wife’s previous visa expired on 30 June 2026. As of 27 July 2026, she has already been waiting for 27 days after the visa expiry.

We understand that an overstay charge of RM30 per day may apply. The amount has already accumulated to approximately RM810, and it continues to increase every day.

I also had to obtain a Special Pass while waiting for my own renewal. Since my passport and student pass process have now been completed, I sincerely request your help to expedite my wife’s dependent pass application as soon as possible.

Please inform me immediately if any additional documents, payments, or actions are required from our side.
