What do you mean by ‘a copy of the Official Academic Transcript(s)’? Notarized or again signed by examination controller’s office? I am not clear. I already have sent a copy of MA transcripts of mine today to the asked email address and the same transcripts I submitted earlier. Today I got this message from emgs. I am not understanding few issues. First, what do they mean by ‘official academic transcript’? Is it signed by examination controller office of the universit? Dear Altruists, I made my emgs fee payment on 23 August in the UPM suggested bank account. Then I sent the authority the payment slip. Still I did not hear a reply from them. Kindly liaise with your institution and request that they submit the payment. This will enable us to initiate the processing of your application.

Hi Al Walid,
Kindly contact the institution directly and request for the account details. Once you have made the payment, you are required to forward a copy of the payment receipt to your institution. Your institution will proceed to submit the payment to EMGS on your behalf.

Hello! My application is approved by the institution I applied. I didn’t pay any eVAL fee yet as I got the option to pay my fee through the institution in emgs site. Since you opted to make the payment through your institution, you are required to make the payment and submit the payment receipt to your institution. Kindly contact your institution in order to obtain the account details. We will initiate the processing of your application upon receipt of the payment from your institution.

Yes,I’m new. But at least they should issue the eVAL, so that after the emergency I can join the programme deferring a semester. Otherwise the fee will go in vain and it’s intolerable.

Please note that the Immigration Department is not issuing VALs to new international students who are outside Malaysia. We will only be able to advise once we receive further instructions from the Immigration Department.
