Dear EMGS officer
My Visa will expires on 1st of April and my new Visa process reached 50% on 18th of April but international office centre refused submission of my passport on that day because of lockdown.
Should i apply for special pass on the first of April or just submit my passport?

Hi Al-Asadi,
You can submit the passport to your institution and request that they submit the passport on the 1st of April. The approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
