Hi officer, i was enquiring about my previous visa for another university, I cancelled it about 2 months ago and already sent the withdrawal forms to swinburne. But on my digital id it still indicates that my visa is still on even tho i had already started another application for xiamen university (now 35%). Please help me clarify in the system…[Read more]

Our system shows that your student visa application has been completed. However, if you are enquired about the status of your refund application, please note that we need some additional documents to process the refund. For further assistance on this matter, please contact the institution accordingly.
