Hello EMGS,
There is a new student, he applied for new university and when he applied for the new visa the EMGS asked the student to leave the country until he get the VAL. My question is, if the student leaves the country to any country can he enter Malaysia during this time?

He has to go back to his residence country and wait for the eVal. The process of changing uni usually takes 6-8 weeks.
Hi Ahmed,
The applicant is advised to return to his home country, and only return after obtaining the VAL and SEV (if he is from a visa required country).
