I entered Malaysia on March 12 with a one-month student permit to conduct a medical examination and complete the procedures but can’t because Mco conditions

Hello sir
My name is Ahmed Ali, my passport number is A19250892
I arrived in Malaysia on Thursday March 12th with an E-val and took a 30-day permit
I went to the university on Tuesday 16 March to hand in the passport to complete the student visa procedures, but the university was closed in accordance with the decision to restrict movement
