I have a complaint, my passport number (C4115507) my name is Ahmad Inti Hazi
I have sent what EMGS has asked for, such as diplomas and transcripts, photos. but it’s still wrong
please tell how to overcome this condition

  Hi Ahmad,
  
  We require the complete set of the official academic certificate & transcript (Bachelor Degree) for further verification. We also require a new photo, as the photo you submitted does not meet the EMGS requirements. Kindly submit the additional documents at your earliest convenience.
