Kindly be informed that your passport is still in progress with the Immigration Department. Please note that you will not be charged for overstay upon your pass expiring since the passport is pending at Immigration. Allow them some time to issue the student pass sticker. Any updates will be notified accordingly.

Hi,
Please be informed that we received your passport on 24th May 2024 for the Student Pass endorsement process. . The endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. We will notify your institution once the passport is ready for collection.

Ahmmed hi. Mine since 21st is 80% since. May I ask how long got from 80 to 90? I thought this will not take too long🥲

Your application was closed as we did not receive the additional documents from your institution. Applications that are put on hold, pending submission of additional documents can only remain open for 90 days. If the documents are not submitted within 90 days, the application will be closed.
