You may proceed to the same clinic to perform the medical appeal. Kindly note that no new sample will be taken. The appeal will be done using the same sample collected during the initial medical screening. Please note that this is the standard procedure as required by the relevant authorities.

Please be informed that there is no specific time frame for the approval of the VAL The approval to issue the VAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

Keep checking your mail and application status, you will always be updated about latest updates and progress. If any document is required to be submitted, you will be notified accordingly through your correspondence mail address

Based on the verification of your transaction, the payment made for this application was not detected. As such, kindly provide us additional proof of payment or a new bank statement in order for the payment to be verified. Kindly liaise with the Institution for further clarification on this matter.

according to the bank my payment was sent successfully and no money was returned .

hi , my university have resubmit twice for the proof of payment , is there any chance if i change my way of payment and get refund for the payment that have been sent for the first time ? because the bank that i use told us that it was sent and no refund was found in my bank account
