Dear Emgs, I already talk about this a fex times, my passport is stuck at 90 percent since february and the emgs officer told me that it is at the immigration, so i try to email the immigration for 6 times including today and still no answer. View

    Dear Emgs,

    Dear emgs, my visa application status is at 90 percent since march, i already ask for the solution and your side reply it was unavailable while MCO, so i wait for weeks in order to go home and now i just hear that the MCO is extended to 28 april.

    Dear EMGS, my passport is in the immigration for the student pass and its already been more than 2 weeks, i know the immigration is closed due the MCO, im still waiting and i heard that the MCO is going to be extended to 28 april, i really need to go home. Please give the solution , Thankyou

    Dear emgs, my emgs status is currently at 90% and its been more then a week, i really need to get back to indonesia and i cant, what solution do you provide?

      Hi Achmad,

      The Student Pass endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days. However, at present the processing of applications is suspended due to the MCO. The processing will only resume after the MCO has been lifted. Kindly refer to your institution for further assistance.
