Uninstall the EMGS apps and install again. Then do the registration and verification allover. That was what I did when I encountered similar problem. Thank you

I also got e val with in 2 working day. May I know how can I contact with u, bcz am from Bangladesh too .

VAL & EVAL is same.. it took 1.5weeks to get the eVal. And after that had to submit it to the embassy for getting SEV which took another 7working days.
