Hi, 2 questions please:
1. When you will accept passports. My visa application is 45% complete.
2. Our baby is born here is KL during CMCO, do you need photo and passport for his visa application or birth certificate from JPN is enough?

  We are accepting passports for endorsement processes.

Hello EMGS,
My wife application as a dependent is 45% complete.m but I could not submit her passport to EMGS due to the lockdown. Her tourist visa expires in 5 days. Is there anything I should do while the lockdown is on?

  If her pass is expiring during the movement control order (MCO) period, you are required to seek assistance from your institution directly.
