On which basis you claim this? If they are not issuing eVal to Afghans then why are they accepting applications? Irrelevant claim!!!
Afghans are not required to have SEV based on EMGS website and can receive SEV on arrival.
I am just worried about the delay.

In our home country Afghanistan, we don’t have Malaysia consular or embassy. Can We travel only with eVal and receive SEV at the airport?

    Very sad!
My application process started on 10 Nov 22 and after many comments and rectifications finally the documents resubmitted with immigration on 27 Jan 2023 to issue eVal but it is now more than one month but the progress is still stuck at 35%. I have to travel within March because my lessons start but after one month still there is no…

I’m struggling with this case too
I already inquire about it many times.
But they repeat the same word ‘should wait’
I also have to get there before 6 March.
We have no choice but to wait.
      So sad

It depends on your nationality! It serms there is a restriction on your nationality.
Many got their eVAL in 2-4 weeks.

The problem is . You shouldn’t apply directly from Afghanistan .it means you should made your single entry from Turkey . It will take more time to confirm Afghanistan people maybe it will never be accept. You must call your university .

I received the EMGS approval letter but the percentage is still at 30%. What should I do with EMGS approval letter? Should I wait for further process of receiving eVAL?

Ok, but in our country the case is different as they don’t let you travel without a visa in the airport.

    Thank you.
So you mean students from any country can receive visa at the airport?
And how you flew to there from your country and from your countries airport? Didn’t they ask about Visa or you travelled with eVAL? Or you received eVisa?

Thank you, I checked for VOA so only 2 countries can get VOA which is India and Indonesia. But in the eVisa website it is said that students can receive eVisa as well. So if they don’t issue visa on arrival, what is eVisa used for?

After eVal approval, is it necessary to get eVisa or we can receive visa on arrival?
There is no malaysian embassy in our country and I would have to travel to another country to obtain visa.

It’s depend where u come from.
If ur country can get VOA when arrive in Malaysia, so u just need eVAL only.
For eVISA, u can apply by online.

We don’t have airport in my country so first i go to Egypt then book a ticket to Malaysia in Saudi Arabia airlines and they didn’t ask me about visa
I think you should ask your university if you can travel without visa but i think if you don’t have embassy in your country then you can travel without it

I think you just need to go to airport in your country and try to book a ticket to Malaysia
And if they refuse you need to told them that there is no embassy here
