My process is stuck after emgs support but today is 13th working day i am not getting any response from an official.

  Your application is currently at the stage where it has been submitted to Immigration for the Visa Approval Letter (VAL) approval. Kindly allow the immigration department some time to process the application. As for any update, we will notify the institution accordingly.
