Dear EMGS,

Dear EMGS,
I would like to inform you that I was going to apply this week and my IELTS expires on 21st April 2020 then the suspension came, so what will happen if i apply after the suspension of the suspension takes longer time and during this time my IELTS expires ?

We advise that you liaise with your institution to submit the application whilst the results are still valid. We are unable to confirm if the results will be accepted should there be a delay in the process or submission of your application, as the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

The system is have to be outside the country to comblete the issuing but i’m yemeni and this system does not applicable to yemenis

I am not sure. In my university (UM), it is available the form for issuing the student pass when you are already in Malaysia (without VAL).

I applied for Phd in mechanical engineering at UM but my Val got rejected . I don’t have the reason yet but I believe it’s because I didn’t shorten my previous visa which expired last October. Do you have and idea what shall I do now?
Should I come to Malaysia using visitor visa and shorten my previous visa?
