Hi Abdul,
The process do normally takes approximately 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. Rest assured, your institution will be notified once your passport is ready for collection.

Hi Abdul,
Your application was submitted to the Immigration Department on the 22nd of June. The 14 working days excludes weekends and public holidays. As such, your application is still within the processing time-frame. Your institution will be notified once the passport is ready for collection.
