Dear EMGS officer
My status is updated to 70% and it says I can download e-Val and EMGS approval letter now, but when I try to download it for some reason it rejects me and says ”Download failed. Please try again!
My passport number is P01461025
Please help solve this. Thanks in advance! View

Hi,
Kindly be informed that the issue has been rectified. As such, you may try again to download the eVAL on the EMGS mobile apps.
