Dear Sir/Madam,
My application has been pending at 15% progress, and I was informed that I need to provide the correct city.
I believe the confusion occurred because there are two cities named Tripoli (one in Lebanon and one in Libya).To clarify, my correct city of residence is:
Tripoli, South of Lebanon.

We are preparing to submit the application to the Immigration Department for issuance of the VAL. The VAL approval takes approximately 7-10 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
