No, the same thing happened to me and all you need to do is email them the new photo (it’s better to cc your institution ) and that’s it .. they ilk update your application

Just send your new photo to emgs via email with ur biodata (application number, full name, passport number, course and univ)

Same problem I faced few days ago, once your university respond to the emigration it will will be processed.

Don’t worry, once your university respond to the emigration, you can track your application, it takes approximately 3 working days.
