For everyone the problem solved of (record not found) because I was using data internet when I used high speed wifi internet it is done

Salam alykum

Please I reinstall the app and tried many time to verify my profile but always I got (record not found), could any one please advice me what to do??
My flight is on Sunday, is this app mandatory?
