hello，my visa renewal now is student pass issued by immigration.I want know when your will finish my renewal.I need my passport to go back china.I have emergency thing need to do.pls reply my email

  Kindly be informed that your institution opted to obtain the Student Pass directly at the state Immigration Department. As such, your passport was not submitted to EMGS. We advise that you liaise with your institution directly for further assistance on the status of your passport.

Dear My passport number is EJ3617676，pls speed up my renewal，because i emergency need my passport to come back my country，my family have someting need my，thank u.
