My passport number is EH6481940
The business I am handling is student visa renewal, and my EMGS progress is 90. It has been 14 working days, but it is still 90. I urgently need my passport to return to China due to pregnancy. Can you help me ask the immigration office when my passport can be obtained? Thank you.

  Your institution opted to obtain the student pass directly at the state Immigration Department. As such, your passport was not submitted to EMGS. We advise that you liaise with your institution directly for further assistance on the status of your passport.
