Dear EMGS, Found out today that I have an incorrect name on my student digital ID. A few days ago, the name was correct: Yang Jian. Today it shows wrong YANG JOAN. Please help me restore the correct name: YANG JIAN. View

      Hi Yang Jian,

      You may uninstall the mobile app and reinstall the mobile app. Once reinstall the mobile app, you may key in the correct name.
