Hello, I’m sorry to bother you.My passport has been handed over to my institution for a long time, but my renewal application progress is still at 90%. How long will it take for my passport to be renewed to reach 100%? I am anxious about when I will get my passport because I will return to China on February 7th.There are my information following.

  Kindly be informed that your institution opted to obtain the Student Pass directly at the state Immigration Department. As such, your passport was not submitted to EMGS. We advise that you liaise with your institution directly for further assistance on the status of your passport.
