      Hi Wang Xiaoyi,

      Kindly be informed that your institution opted to obtain the Student Pass directly at the state Immigration Department. As such, your passport was not submitted to EMGS. We advise that you liaise with your institution directly for further assistance on the status of your passport.

    My name is WANG XIAOYI, and my passport number is EK3225204, my country is China.
    My application has been stuck at 45% for many days. Could you please help me push forward the renewal process of my passport as soon as possible? Because I will return to China in February and have very important things to do. Thank you for your help.
