My application status has been stuck at 35% since March 10, and I am now in Korea waiting for the approval. Due to the new SOP odrer from the government, I would like to know if Malaysian immigration will be operating from May 4th and resume my visa application. Please be informed that the Immigration Department will remain closed during the movement control order (MCO) period. The issuance of your VAL will be done once the MCO has been lifted. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
