Hello, my name is Lijiaxin and my passport number is EJ6080099 ,I have already submitted the renewal materials, but I haven’t seen the latest progress of my application on the EMGS hub. It still shows the status from my last processing.

Could you please explain why my account still shows the information from my previous visa application when I actually submitted the renewal materials yesterday?
