I hope you are doing well.

I am writing to explain my previous student pass situation in detail and seek your confirmation and guidance regarding my plan to submit a new Student Pass application at INTI International University & Colleges for the same American Degree Transfer Programme.

1. Previous Study History

I joined INTI International University & Colleges in May 2025 for the American Degree Transfer Programme, which is a two-year programme.

I successfully completed my First Semester with good academic performance and attendance. However, due to my mother’s illness, I had to travel to Bangladesh. Following this family situation, I also experienced significant emotional and mental difficulties, which made it difficult for me to continue my studies.

As a result, I requested a deferment of my Second Semester. During the deferment period, I remained in Malaysia.

Later, I resumed my studies and successfully completed my Third Semester in January. My CGPA and attendance during both my First and Third Semesters were very good.

2. Previous Student Pass Renewal Rejection

In May 2026, I submitted my Student Pass renewal application through EMGS. Unfortunately, my application was rejected because of my circumstances during the semester deferment period. I subsequently submitted an appeal, but the appeal was also rejected.

Following these decisions, the University advised me to cancel my existing Student Pass, leave Malaysia, complete a three-month cooling-off period, and then submit a new Student Pass application.

I followed the University’s instructions and completed the necessary cancellation and immigration procedures. I departed Malaysia for Bangladesh on 29 June 2026 using a Special Pass.

3. My Subsequent Visits to Malaysia on a Tourist Visa

After leaving Malaysia, I contacted the University regarding my eligibility to return to Malaysia on a Tourist Multiple Entry Visa during the cooling-off period.

I also informed the University that I needed to collect my original academic certificates and other important documents. The University confirmed by email that returning to Malaysia on a Tourist Visa would not create any issue with my future Student Pass application.

As I also enjoy travelling, I visited Indonesia (Bali) and Cambodia during this break. My travel history is as follows:

* 26 July 2026: Entered Malaysia from Bangladesh on a Tourist Multiple Entry Visa.
* 24 August 2026: Departed Malaysia for Bali, Indonesia.
* 3 September 2026: Returned to Malaysia from Bali.
* 1 October 2026: Departed Malaysia for Cambodia.
* 15 October 2026: Returned to Malaysia from Cambodia.

I have followed the applicable immigration procedures during these trips and have maintained my travel records.

4. IELTS Requirement

During this period, my previous IELTS score expired. The University informed me that I would need to submit a new IELTS result for my next Student Pass application.

Therefore, I have arranged to take a new IELTS examination in Malaysia. After completing the examination, I plan to return to Bangladesh on 10 November 2026.

5. My Plan for a New Student Pass Application

I intend to apply again for a Student Pass from Bangladesh, continuing with the same University and the same American Degree Transfer Programme.

I genuinely wish to complete my studies at INTI. My previous academic performance demonstrates my commitment to my education, and the semester deferment was due to unavoidable family and personal circumstances rather than a lack of interest in my studies.

Before proceeding with the new application, I would sincerely appreciate your clarification on the following questions:

1. Based on my previous EMGS rejection and rejected appeal, am I eligible to submit a completely new Student Pass application for the same programme at INTI?
2. Since I have completed the three-month cooling-off period as advised by the University, will I be able to proceed with a new application after returning to Bangladesh on 10 November 2026?
3. Will my previous Tourist Visa entries and exits during the cooling-off period have any negative impact on my new Student Pass application, considering that I had already informed the University and received confirmation that there would be no issue?
4. Will the previous EMGS rejection create any additional restrictions or complications with Immigration during the new application process?
5. Are there any additional documents or procedures that I should complete to strengthen my new application?

I would be grateful if the International Student Office could review my previous case and provide written confirmation that I can proceed with a new Student Pass application.

I am fully committed to continuing and completing my education at INTI, and I want to ensure that all procedures are properly followed this time.
