Dear Emgs Officer ,
I am writing to respectfully request your urgent guidance and support regarding the submission of my passport for visa endorsement.
I was granted conditional admission to the Master’s by Research program, with the explicit condition stating that I am required to submit my English language proficiency certificate within my first two years of study, prior to the renewal of my student visa. Based on this official condition, I planned my study timeline and English examination accordingly.
To comply with all administrative procedures, I have already completed my medical examination and achieved an 80% completion status in my registration process. However, upon attempting to submit my original passport for final visa processing, I was informed by the department that my passport cannot be accepted or forwarded for endorsement until the English proficiency certificate is provided.
As an international student on a strictly limited leave period from my employer, any delay in visa processing directly impacts my academic progress and my legal status. Given that my program is a Master’s by Research, securing my visa endorsement promptly is critical to maintaining my schedule.
Since my official offer letter explicitly allows me to fulfill the English requirement during my initial period of study, I kindly request your intervention to review my case and permit the processing and submission of my passport.
I am fully committed to taking the required English language test at the earliest available slot during my studies.
Thank you very much for your understanding, time, and assistance. I look forward to your positive reply.
Sincerely,
Hammam
