Dear EMGS Team,

Applicant Name: Ahmad Maaz
Passport Number: PZ1182161
EMGS Application Number: #########
My student visa application for Kings University, Malaysia, has been delayed for over 40 days. According to your email, my course amendment request has been escalated to the relevant department, but the issue remains open.

I have cooperated with the university and submitted the requested documents. I urgently request you to review my case and provide an update on my amendment request and the next steps required.

I am hoping to join the October 2026 intake, and further delays may affect my admission. Please help resolve my case as soon as possible.

Thank you for your time and assistance.
